Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

Please note: Because of the inherent characteristics of coffee bean orders, we can only accept returns of coffee that has not been opened in order to provide a complete refund.


Coffee Shipping

Our shipping process guarantees that you receive the freshest coffee possible, as we roast and grind it on the same day it is shipped. Shipping typically takes 2-5 days, and we use USPS priority mail for all shipments.

There is a fee of $5.99-$7.99 for coffee shipment, unless you make a purchase of $55 or more or opt for a coffee subscription, in which case shipping is free.

Product Shipping

Mugs and apparel are shipped separately and incur a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.99 for all orders containing mugs or apparel items. Unless you make a purchase of $55 or more, in which case shipping is free.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product due to a wrong size or incorrect item delivered, please send an email using the contact form to receive return instructions. During an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to our facility. However, we will cover the cost of shipping to send you the new item.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
